Texas Permian Future Generations was created in 2020 by a group of Permian Basin residents concerned about the effect the oil field was having on the environment around them. Our goal is a Permian Basin with better workplace protections for people who work in the oilfield, better air and water quality, and fewer earthquakes, as well as a more diversified economy with more economic opportunities outside of the oil field.
